About Me

Hi! My name is Georgia, and I am a 17-year-old book blogger and booktuber. I have loved reading and writing since I first picked up a book and a pen, so when I was 13. I decided to create TeenBookHoots.

I wanted my blog to be a little corner of the internet where I could talk about and review the latest young adult fiction, and if only one person read a book on my recommendation, then it would all be worth it. Also, I write lifestyle type posts to mix in with my reviews, ranging from revision tips, becoming happier or embracing your differences. In 2016, I launched my booktube channel, so I could extend my blogging experience into filming videos, boost my confidence, and experiment with creating content on a different platform.

Blogging is one of the best things I have ever done, I love everything about book blogging and the whole community. Balancing it out with my school work and exams, I wouldn't change it for the world. I hope to keep developing my blog and YouTube channel to make it the best it can be.

Quick facts about me:

1. It is my dream to become a journalist, publicist or an author when I am older. I want to write everyday.
2. My favourite authors are Lisa Heathfield, Non Pratt, Louise O'Neill, Patrick Ness and Lauren James.
3. Since I was small, I have always had my head in my book, and I don't plan to lift it out of one anytime soon!
4. I also enjoy cycling, jogging, baking healthy treats, and doing creative things.
