Feature and Follow #31

"The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Featured Blogger and this way it allows them to show everyone more new blogs!"

How does it work?
The goal is to increase blog followers and make friends. First you leave your name here on the post, (using the linky tool below). Then you create a post on your own blog, answering the weekly question, making sure it links back to the host pages. Then visit as many blogs as you like and leave a comment on their Feature and Follow post, and follow them too. You follow them, and they follow you back. If someone follows you, follow them back! On each Feature and Follow Friday there is a Featured Blogger on Parajunkee and Alison Can ReadGo to one of their Feature and Follow posts to find out how to become a Featured Blogger.  All features are chosen randomly.

If you want to participate, you must follow the features and the hosts, (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read.) If you have a preference on how to be followed, write it in your post. If you don't have GFC write in your post how you would like to be followed.

You can follow me whatever way you like, but GFC, Facebook and Twitter follows would be appreciated.

This weeks question: "Do you read more than 1 book at a time, and if so, how, like a certain amount of pages per book before moving on to the next one in the queue? "- Suggested by Words I Write Crazy.

I often read two books at a time, as I always like to have a few options- I never know what reading mood I will be in! I just read as many chapters of each book that I want, before switching over. What about you?

I also have a giveaway running at the moment, to win a Kindle book of, "Awoken," by Sarah Noffke. You can enter my first giveaway here.

  1. Options are always of the good and sometimes reading more than one book at a time, can be a lot of fun and make reading a bit more enjoyable. Sometimes, though, like when I was reading The Bone Season and The Mime Order I was totally enthralled by them and couldn't read anything else. Most of the time, it's an eGalley for review on the Kindle and then a physical book off the shelf and maybe whatever else I"m feeling if I decide I'm feeling it being the mood reader that I am.

Happy Reading and Hopping Through! :)

  3. I carry my mp3 player at work and listen to audio books all day, but at home I have hard copies and my tablet. So I always have at least 2 books going.

  4. Reading should be about mood as much as possible, and if you're not feeling a book at that time, it's great to switch it around.
